If your order has not yet entered preparation or dispatch, we will confirm its cancellation or amendment and refund any payment made. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation or significant amendment is not permitted. Statutory rights related to faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

Returns and Refund Policy
